Applying got easy. Hearing back didn’t.
Job portals made it possible to apply for a hundred jobs in an afternoon. What they didn’t fix is the silence afterwards. Candidates wait on replies that never come. Companies sift through piles of CVs that don’t fit the role.
We started Aarohan to put people back in the loop. Our team sits between the two sides: we read every application, check every job, and pick up when you call. Your contact details stay with us, and companies meet only the people who fit.
